FAQ and Shipping Information

Covid-19 Notice 
Right now, I have temporarily stopped international shipping, and am currently only shipping to Canada and the US. Sorry to any international friends, I just don't want you to not receive your packages. Any pre-orders will go out as normal however. 

Please allow extra time to receive your packages! My local post offices are very overwhelmed right now, and processing is taking quite a bit longer. Sorry I cannot provide more specific shipping times. For the time being, I will be shipping out orders every other week, on Mondays. Shipping dates for June will be: June 1st, June 15th, June 29th.

Most importantly: Please stay safe and healthy out there! This is a tough time for everyone, hoping the best for you and your loved ones. <3

 

When will my order ship?
I ship purchases on each Thursday, and occasionally on Mondays. During the winter, I may have a delay of a day or two, due to weather. I live in a snowy wasteland, it can lead to me being unable to get out some days.

How long will my order take to arrive?
I ship with Canada Post. Delivery estimates are as follows:
Canada and USA: 1-4 weeks
Anywhere Else: 4-12 weeks

Please allow this time for your order to arrive. Usually it will arrive sooner than these dates. Tracking is available by purchasing the upgrade. If tracking is not purchased, I cannot and will not be able to tell you where your package is, and will not replace any packages lost in the post. Please purchase tracking if this is a concern for you. I keep this as an option to provide cheaper untracked shipping for everyone. :)

There were customs fees on my item!
Customs fees are not charged by myself, but by your country (a tax of sorts). You will be responsible for any customs fees charged. I know, it's a pain. You would not believe how much I get charged to receive my inventory sometimes. ;_; Canadian customers will not receive any customs fees, as I am based in Canada.

Item arrived damaged!
I deal with any damaged items on a case by case basis. Please send me an email at lunarmagetrinkets@gmail.com with photos of the damaged package and items.

Return Policy
Any items can be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyer pays return shipping costs. The return address is the same as the one on the package, and if you need that information, please reach out to me at lunarmagetrinkets@gmail.com

I made a mistake on my address!
Please email me at lunarmagetrinkets@gmail.com if you have made an error on your address. If the package has not yet been shipped out, I will make the corrections. However, if it has been shipped out, I will not be able to resend it until it returns to me (which can take a few months). At that time, you will need to pay for shipping costs and any associated return fees to have the item sent to the correct address.

I'm always open to suggestions of existing characters from JRPGs you'd like to see me create merch for! I won't be able to draw every suggestion though, so if there is something you reaaaallly want, please check out my commission page above.

Expected Shipping Times for Pre-orders
Most pre-orders are listed on my shop 3-6 weeks ahead of when I expect to receive them. For more specific dates, please refer to the listings themselves. Any updates or delays will be added there as well.
